1. Product and acceptable use
1.1 Product. The Software runs in your browser. It can read visible practice or training content, call an AI model you choose, auto-fill answers, show answers and explanations in the side panel, keep history, and offer optional VIP features. The in-app UI is the source of truth.
1.2 Not a cheating product. It is meant to help you practice and understand material, not to sit an exam for you. We do not market it for live exams and are not liable if you use it that way.
1.3 Prohibited uses. You may not use the Software to:
- Cheat on national, school, professional, or other proctored / honor-code exams, or help someone else cheat;
- Impersonate a candidate, write someone else’s homework, or commit academic fraud;
- Bypass platform, school, or exam integrity controls;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- Spread illegal content or harm others.
1.4 Your call. You decide whether a scene is allowed. Disputes or losses from how you use it are yours.
1.5 Third-party content. Quiz and training content belongs to its owners. You must have the right to view and study it there.
2. Disclaimers
2.1 Your use, your risk. The Software is a neutral tool. If you break the law, exam rules, school policy, platform rules, or these terms, outcomes such as account bans, voided scores, or legal action are yours alone.
2.2 AI output is fallible. Answers and explanations are generated by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or stale. They are study aids only — not official keys, professional advice, or a guarantee. Do not paste them into a live exam.
2.3 Third-party services. Payments, AI providers, and browser stores can fail or change. We will try to explain limits in the app. We do not pay damages for third-party outages.
2.4 Local data. History, exports, and model settings usually live on your device. Device failure, browser wipes, or accidental deletes are not our responsibility.
2.5 Enforcement. If we reasonably believe you are abusing the Software, we may limit or stop features without notice. That does not cancel any liability you already have.
3. Privacy
3.1 Local first. We process on-device by default. Only when you start a run do we send the relevant on-page study text to the AI service you configured. We do not collect passwords or payment PINs.
3.2 Local storage. History, preferences, model config, and a device id stay in browser storage. Clear data or uninstall to remove them.
3.3 API keys. If you paste a third-party API key, it stays in your browser. Your browser talks to that provider directly. We do not collect, upload, or back up the key.
3.4 Default AI route. If you use a built-in AI channel, that provider’s privacy policy applies.
3.5 Google Sign-In. You can sign in with Google. We store your Google account id, email, display name, and avatar as needed to identify you, grant first-login free runs, and bind VIP to that account. Use the same Google account on another device to continue.
3.6 Device id. Before sign-in we may use a locally generated device id. After sign-in, quotas and VIP follow your Google account; the device id is used only for basic abuse control and service stability.
3.7 Usage and orders. To meter free runs, VIP, and restores, account id, device id, usage, and order fields (order id, plan, payment status) may sync to our servers. Payments are processed by Creem. We do not store full card numbers.
3.8 Sensitive data. Do not send personal or other people’s private data to the model unless you need to. That risk is yours.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Support and VIP
4.1 Voluntary support. VIP is a thank-you for supporting the project. It unlocks more practice-helper capacity. It is not a retail goods sale. Try the free quota and read these terms first.
4.2 Refunds. Because support is voluntary and digital access is immediate, payments are generally non-refundable except where the law requires it.
4.3 Entitlements. VIP is for lawful practice on the matching Google account. Do not resell, rent, or share it, and do not use it for prohibited scenes.
4.4 Changes. We may change features, quotas, or VIP rules and will note that in the app or on this site.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 The Software, UI, and docs belong to the developer or rights holders. Do not copy, modify, or commercially redistribute them without permission.
5.2 Third-party quiz content stays with its owners. Do not use it commercially or otherwise without a license.
6. Changes
We may update these terms when the law or the product changes. The new version will be posted here or in the app with a date. Keep using the Software and you accept the update. If you disagree, stop and uninstall.
